Unfortunately Norcold has discontinued the 635926 thermostat control assembly, and the later 635832 version for the NR740/ NR751 is discontinued as well. Norcold hasn't released a direct substitute, and I wouldn't recommend a generic thermostat since the mounting and wiring are specific to these units.
Keep an eye on our NR740 parts and NR751 parts pages in case one turns up. If the thermostat can't be sourced, the practical fix is a replacement unit like the Norcold DC740, which is the model that replaced the NR740.
