Thanks for the model and serial number, that helps. Your N641.3 with a serial number that low falls in the range the 633287 board kit was made for, but unfortunately Norcold has discontinued that kit, the 3-way 633280 kit, and the matching 628976/ 637780 eyebrow board. Those eyebrow boards are very hard to find now.
Before you give up on it, make sure the eyebrow is really the problem. A lot of the time the rear power board or a blown fuse is the actual culprit. Our troubleshooting guide and Norcold error codes page are good places to start, and our tech support service can walk you through it. If the eyebrow is bad, this replacement guide covers what fits in your N641 opening.
