Good question, John. On the N2152, the 692803 optical control board is the front panel with the buttons, and swapping it is usually straightforward if you're comfortable with basic hand tools. Turn off the fridge and disconnect 12V power first. Remove the screws holding the front control panel, gently pull it forward, and unplug the harness from the back of the board. Then plug the new board in, reinstall the panel, and restore power. Take a photo of the connections before you unplug anything.
