Good troubleshooting! 62 ohms is right where a good 225W heater should be (about 64 ohms), so your heaters are fine. Next, confirm you actually have 120V AC getting to the board. Check the outlet behind the fridge, any GFCI outlets in the coach, and the breaker. If you have 120V at the AC input on the board, the heaters test good, and the fuses are good, then yes, the AC side of the board has most likely failed. The 621271001 power board is the replacement for the 1200 and it's in stock.
