An intermittent shutdown like you're describing usually isn't the optical board. More often it's a 12V DC supply problem. Norcold boards need a steady 12V, and if the voltage dips (weak batteries, a converter issue, or a loose or corroded connection at the fuse or board), the fridge will shut down. Check the DC voltage at the power board while it's running, and inspect the DC connections and the ribbon cable between the boards.
If it does come down to the board, the N621/ N821 optical board and board kit for your serial range, the 637779, have been discontinued by Norcold. The 637775 on this page is for the N611/ N811 only.
