In auto mode, the fridge only switches to electric when the board sees 120V AC. If it stays on propane, check that the outlet behind the fridge has power (breaker and any GFCI outlets), then check the AC fuse on the board and the AC heating element. If you have 120V at the board and the heater and fuse are good, the board's AC side is the likely problem, and the Dinosaur 3850712.01 is the replacement.
