You're right that the 628661/ 50723 board is the replacement board for the N512, and that the 630804 heater has been discontinued. I'd steer clear of swapping in a 300 watt heater, though. The cooling unit and board are designed around the original 200 watt heater, and a heater with the wrong wattage or size can overheat the boiler or not fit the heater well. Changing the board won't change which heater your cooling unit needs.
