A broken lower hinge pivot is a common problem. It depends on your model. Some Norcold doors can be repaired with a reinforced hinge kit, but many of those kits have been discontinued, and on some models the door itself cracks at the hinge point, so the door has to be replaced. Send us your model number and a photo of the break and we'll let you know your options. For N8XX models, see our post on options when your door breaks.
