I currently have a n8x norcold two way ac lp. Im looking to go to 12 volt dc and was looking at the n10dc bk

I currently have an n8x which is an LP 110 Unit 8 cubic feet I'm looking at a 10 cubic foot and it appears to be the same size box is that correct

Yes, generally. The Polar N10 was designed to fit the same cutout as Norcold's 8 cubic foot models, so an N10DCBK is a popular swap for an N8X. Compare the cutout dimensions to your opening before you order. Since the N10DC's compressor runs on 12V, your 12V wiring and fuse need to be sized for it, and you'll want good battery capacity. Your old gas line and vents won't be needed.
