The 69082408 on this page is for the N4104, so it won't fit your 962IM. Many of the older 900 series door bins have been discontinued. The 624863/ 50696 door bin fits a lot of Norcold models and may work, but the 962 has waffle textured doors on some units, so send us a photo of your door and your serial number and we'll confirm.
