Norcold sets the thermistor at a specific spot on the fins at the factory, and moving it changes when the fridge cycles off. I'd rather not steer you in the wrong direction here, since it varies by model. Before moving it, make sure the thermistor is clipped firmly to the fin and the fins aren't iced over, and try the next colder setting on the control panel first. If you'd like help setting it for your N7/ N8/ N10, our tech support service can walk you through it. The thermistor is the 638391/ 50824.
