Good catch on the diameter. The heater that came out of your fridge, the 630807, is the smaller diameter style, and that's usually what you'll find when the cooling unit has been replaced with a newer or aftermarket unit. The heater has to match the heater well on the cooling unit you have now, not just the serial number on the fridge label. So the right choice is to replace it with what came out: the 630807/ 8610 heater. If your 618872 is still new and unused, see our returns policy, and reach out so we can help with the swap.
