Hi Cynthia! The 638534 is for the newer Polar N8, which is why it came up 2 inches long. Your N821 is from the older N8XX family, and its lower doors, the smooth interior 623942/ 638833 and the waffle 619631, have unfortunately been discontinued by Norcold. The 621559 on this page is for the DE0061. For returning the 638534, contact the company you bought it from. Here's our post on options when your N8XX door breaks.
