Good troubleshooting so far. On the N8DC/ N10DC, a warm freezer with a normal fridge is a known issue, and it's often not the thermistor or the board. We wrote a whole post on it: N8DC/ N10DC cooling in the refrigerator but the freezer is warm. Give that a read before replacing the 640178/ 50907 control module.
