Some frost on the back wall is normal on the Furrion Arctic, since that wall is where the cooling happens and the fridge defrosts it on its own. If the ice builds up quickly or gets heavy, the most common causes are a door that isn't sealing all the way (do a dollar bill test around the gasket), the door being opened a lot in humid weather, or warm food going in uncovered. If the seal is good and it keeps icing heavily, send us your model number and we'll help you troubleshoot.
