If the burner never cycles off and the interior fans run nonstop, the fridge thinks it's never cold enough. On the 2118, that usually points to the thermistor first. If it's bad or has come loose from the fins, the board keeps calling for cooling. Check that it's clipped firmly in place, and test or replace it with the 629409 thermistor, which is in stock. If the thermistor is good and it still won't cycle, the 637082/ 636852 power board is next. Also make sure the fridge is actually getting cold.
