A light hum from the board's relays when running on AC can be normal, but a loud buzz or chatter isn't, especially if it comes with other symptoms. If the board is loud or the AC isn't heating, contact us so we can look at it. For weak LP cooling with a new burner, check the LP pressure (it should be 11" water column), that the burner is centered under the flue, that the flue baffle is in place, and that the flue is clean.
