If the breaker trips on AC even with new heater elements, something else in the 120V circuit is shorting. Check the AC power cord and plug for damage, the wiring between the board and the heaters for chafing against the metal frame, and whether the breaker trips as soon as the fridge is plugged in or only when it switches to AC. If it only trips when the board turns on AC, the board's AC section may be the cause. Replacing a board without confirming that can be an expensive guess, so our tech support service can help you pin it down. The 1210 boards are on our 1210 circuit boards page.
