If it won't cool on either electric or propane, the heat sources are working (warm chimney), and the RV is level, the cooling unit has most likely failed. Look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell around the back of the fridge. Since your NA8LX.3 is less than 2 years old, contact Norcold or an authorized Norcold service center first, since it may still be under factory warranty.
