N8LX.3 (3-way) main controller 640711?

I have a 2021 N8LX.3 (3-way) with main board 640711 (yellow sticker says 640707A). Operates fine on DC and LP. Reports No AC on that setting. I checked AC input is good (under 1500W load), checked AC element is good (50 Ohms, no short), AC fuse is fine.

Took board off and checked main AC relay: got zero ohms on AC leg using separate 12V supply. Upon reinstall, still giving same No AC error. Monitoring AC heater output, sometimes get 120V, but sometimes 0V even when hearing a relay click. After using a completely separate AC plug (via extension cord), i found the AC will operate for 5-10 minutes then switch off of AC. This is repeatable with a long shutdown. I suspect something is wrong with the main board.

The problem is I cannot locate anything online with the model 640711 as listed on the box. The main board is not stamped with this number, but instead has 640704223, just below 3720N010261. The yellow sticker on the back says 640707A. None of these seems to find any hits for parts.
First, are there any repairs that can be made to keep the AC running?
If I have to replace the main board to keep three-way operation, including low temp preheater, what should I look for? -- Would a 633280 or 639593 be a suitable replacement?

Great diagnostic work. The 633280 is an older 3-way kit for the previous generation of models, so it isn't right for a 2021 N8LX.3, and it has been discontinued anyway. The 639593/ 50861 is the main board for the Polar N7/ N8/ N10, but the 3-way Polar models also use an additional DC board, and your 2021 board numbers (640711/ 640707A/ 640704) are a newer design that I can't cross-reference with confidence. From what you're describing, an intermittent AC relay or a board that drops the AC after warming up, the board is a reasonable suspect. Since your fridge is only a few years old, it's also worth checking with Norcold about warranty coverage.
