There isn't a special "hard start" on the N821 like some people describe, but you can reset the controls. Turn the fridge off, then pull the 12V fuse for the fridge (at the RV panel or on the power board) for a minute or two, restore it, and turn the fridge back on. That clears most lockouts. If it goes right back into a fault, the code is telling you something, so check our Norcold error codes page and our posts on lockout mode and when a power board won't reset. If it's dead with no lights at all, check for 12V at the board first. Our tech support service can walk you through it.
