On a lot of Norcold models, including the 1200, the thermistor wires connect through the harness at the interior light housing, so if the light fixture is missing, the thermistor may not be connected. That would explain the fridge not cooling right. Unfortunately, the 61629722/ 638292 lamp bracket has been discontinued. Send us a photo of the connectors so we can tell you how to connect them.
