Run time depends on how hard the compressor works (outside temperature, how often the door opens, the temperature setting), so I can't give you a solid number for the NR751BB. Divide your battery's usable watt-hours by the fridge's average hourly draw, which you can measure with a DC power meter. Keep in mind the NR751 has been discontinued and replaced by the DC751BB.
