If the display is lit and beeping but the buttons don't respond, the front optical board is the most likely problem. On the N10DC, the 640089 has been superseded by the 641592/ 51023, which includes the front panel and is in stock. If the fridge still won't cool properly after that, the rear 640178/ 50907 control module would be next. Our tech support service can help you confirm.
