If it runs on electric for a few minutes and then drops to propane (or quits on electric only), the board is losing the AC side after it starts. Check the AC heater resistance with it unplugged from the board, the AC fuse on the board, and the 120V at the outlet while the heater is running. A loose outlet or plug connection can read fine with no load and then drop out under load. If all of that checks out, the AC side of the 639593/ 50861 power board is the likely problem.
