Thanks for the detail. A continuity check only tells you the thermistor isn't open. To test it properly, you need to check its resistance at a known temperature against Norcold's chart. That said, a freezer that stays cold while the fridge warms up to near room temperature is also a classic sign of a weakening cooling unit, and on the 1210 it can also be an airflow problem inside the fridge. Our guide on freezer cold but refrigerator warm and our post the freezer works but the refrigerator doesn't walk through it. If it's the thermistor, the 1210 uses the 636658/ 50665.
