I can't diagnose that one for sure from here. On the Furrion Everchill, a fridge that turns itself back on is often set to restart automatically when it gets power, or it could be a control board or switch problem. Check the owner's manual for the power button and memory settings, and send us your full model number and a description of what it does. The Everchill 11 boards are listed on our Furrion electrical page.
