If it won't light on propane or run on electric, and you have AC power and good fuses, first confirm you have 12V DC at the power board, since the board needs 12V to run in any mode. If 12V is good, the board is the likely problem. For the N841, the board depends on your serial number. Newer units take the 628661/ 50723, and older ones with the 16 pin connector take the Dinosaur 6212XX. Send us your serial number or the part number on your current board and we'll confirm.
