If the panel is stuck showing AU and 5 and won't respond after the breaker trip, try a full reset. Turn the fridge off, then disconnect the 12V DC to the fridge (pull the fuse at the RV panel or on the power board) for a couple of minutes. The display runs on 12V, which is why unplugging the AC didn't change it. Restore 12V and turn it back on. If the buttons still won't respond, the front optical board is the likely problem. Look up any codes on our Norcold error codes page.
