The installation manual for the N2175 covers the mounting options and the cutout, wiring and ventilation requirements. We'll email you a copy. Keep in mind the N2175 is 12V only, so replacing a 3-way unit like your RM7851L means planning for heavier 12V wiring and a good battery bank.
