On the N2175, cold air moves from the freezer to the fridge section, so if the freezer gets cold but the fridge doesn't, look for something blocking that airflow. Check for frost or ice buildup, food blocking the vents between the compartments, or an internal fan that isn't running. Check the temperature setting too.
