If the pilot goes out as soon as you let go of the button, even with a new thermocouple and valve, the thermocouple isn't getting hot enough. Make sure its tip sits right in the flame, check that its connection at the valve is clean and snug (don't overtighten it), and look at the flame. A weak or yellow flame from a dirty burner or orifice won't heat it enough. Clean the burner carefully, but don't poke anything through the orifice. Also check your LP pressure. The N145 burner, the 631605, has been discontinued, so cleaning is the way to go.
