Norcold has made more than one style of AC heater for these models over the years, and the heater has to match the heater well on your cooling unit. That's why an original can look different from a replacement. If your old one is larger, measure its diameter and length and send us those numbers along with the wattage on its label and your model and serial number. We'll make sure you get the heater that fits your cooling unit. The current one for many older models is the 621702, and the newer style is the 638374/ 50822.
