Hi Bill! For a 1200 with that serial number, either the Dinosaur 6212XX or the OEM 621271001 will work. For the Dinosaur board, set the dip switches per the instructions that come with it for the 1200 model. I don't want to guess on the setting, so contact us if the instructions aren't clear.
