No, an N3150 is much bigger than an N145, so it won't fit in the same space. On the N4150, the orange plug is the 12V DC heater connection for 3-way operation. In a travel trailer you can wire it to a heavy 12V supply, or leave the DC heater disconnected and run the fridge on LP and 120V AC only. The controls still need a regular 12V supply either way. For your N145's opening, send us the cutout dimensions and we'll suggest what fits.
