How do I get to the screws on the door hinge side of a DE0040 so that I can remove the refrigerator?

I want to remove a Norcold DE0040, but the screws that hold it in are behind the door on the hinge side. I don't see how to take the door off so that I can get to the screws.

I don't have step-by-step removal instructions for the DE0040. On many DE/ DC models, the mounting screws on the hinge side are hidden behind the hinge covers or trim, so you may need to remove the door or pop off the trim to reach them. Check the installation manual, and disconnect power first.
