looking for a 1/4" ID washer to lift the refrigerator door

I have an N8DCSSR refrigerator. The door does not latch unless you manually lift the bottom of the door. The Norcold fix is add nylon washers that you can purchase at your local hardware store. There are some of these washers already on the door hinge. They are very small, 1/4" ID and about 3/8" OD. My local hardware stores do not stock these. Where I can purchase these? And why don't they show on the Norcold parts list?

We don't have a door hinge washer listed for the N8DC. If you send us a photo of where it goes and your serial number, we'll check whether Norcold can supply it. A hardware store may also have a nylon washer in the size you need.
