If your N611 won't cool on either AC or LP and isn't showing any fault lights, check whether the heat source is actually working. Is the burner lit on LP, and does the area around the heater get warm on AC? If both heat sources work and it still won't cool, the cooling unit has most likely failed, especially if you smell ammonia or see yellow residue at the back. The replacement is the Nordic 3361A.
