The 636388 on this page is for the N611V/ N811V and won't fit a 1200. If your 1200LRIM doesn't respond to the control panel, check the ribbon cable between the optical board and the power board first, and confirm 12V at the power board. The 1200's optical board, the 628970, has been discontinued, but if the power board is the problem, the 621271001 is in stock.
