A 5 amp fuse that keeps blowing means something on the 12V side is drawing too much current or shorting. On a 1200LRIM, check the 12V loads connected to the board one at a time: the ice maker and its water valve, the interior light, any fans, and the wiring to the front display, looking for a pinched or chafed wire. Disconnect them one by one and see when the fuse stops blowing. If nothing external is causing it, the board itself may be shorted, and the replacement is the 621271001 or the Dinosaur 6212XX. Never replace the fuse with a larger one.
