Since it's a brand new unit, check the simple things first. Make sure the water supply to the fridge is turned on, the ice maker's shut-off arm is down (on), and the freezer has had time to get fully cold. It can take a day or more before the first ice. If it still doesn't make ice, contact your Grand Design dealer or Norcold, since a new unit should be covered by the factory warranty. Our post on Norcold ice maker won't make ice has more tips.
