When the fins ice up badly, the fridge stops cooling well, but once it's defrosted it should cool again. Give it a full 24 hours to come back down. Then check that the thermistor wasn't knocked off or damaged during cleaning and is clipped to the fins, and make sure the fins weren't bent. If the heat source is working (warm flue on LP, warm heater on AC) and it still won't cool after a day, the cooling unit may be failing. Heavy icing can also point to a bad door seal. The AC heater on this page, the 630811, was replaced by the 638374/ 50822.
