If your N180.3 won't hold temperature on either gas or electric, the problem is likely something both modes share. Check the thermostat (the 638609), make sure the fridge is level and has good ventilation, and check the door seal. If those are good and it still won't cool on either mode, the cooling unit may be failing. We carry other N180 parts on our N180/ N180.3 parts page.
