If your N621F is in lockout, the board has shut down after repeated faults. To reset it, turn the fridge off, pull the 12V fuse for the fridge for a minute or two, then restore power. Then find out what caused it, because the lockout comes back if the underlying problem isn't fixed. Our post on Norcold lockout mode walks through it, and the codes are on our error codes page.
