If the flame is solid and blue but the fridge has stopped cooling, the igniter and flame sensor are doing their job. The problem is on the cooling side. Most often that means the cooling unit has failed, especially if you smell ammonia or see yellow residue at the back. Our guide on ammonia smell can help you check. The replacement cooling unit for the 663 is the Nordic 3362.
