If the flame is burning but the N1095 won't cool on LP, the heat isn't getting to the cooling unit's boiler effectively. Check that the burner is centered under the flue, the flue baffle is in place at the right height, the flue is clean, and the flame is blue and steady (a weak or yellow flame means a dirty orifice or low LP pressure).
