Unfortunately we don't carry the door end cap for the N412 as a separate part, and Norcold no longer supplies most trim parts for that model. The Norcold N412UL refrigerator itself has been discontinued by Norcold too. You can check what's still available on our N410/N412 parts page.
If you end up replacing the fridge, the closest current Norcold propane model in that size range is the Norcold N4150 (5.3 cu ft). It is a different size, so you'd need to check your cutout. Our Norcold replacement guide covers the current and discontinued models.
