Frost in the freezer usually means moist air is getting in, and the door seal is the most common cause. Try the dollar bill test: close the door on a bill and pull it out. If it slides out easily, that spot isn't sealing. Sometimes warming the gasket with a hair dryer and adjusting the hinge fixes it. Norcold doesn't sell separate gaskets for most models. The Upper Door Panel 618178 you asked on is just the decorative panel, and it has been discontinued by Norcold. If your fridge is an N811/N821/N841 and the door can't be saved, Norcold's replacement fridge is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
