On the N811, 6 flashes means the high-temperature limit switch (thermal fuse) has opened. That switch is a safety device on the cooling unit's boiler. It trips when the boiler gets too hot, which usually means the cooling unit is failing. Look for yellow powder at the back of the fridge or an ammonia smell. Please don't just bypass or reset it. The Thermal/Limit Switch 2M0802 has been discontinued by Norcold, but we may still have limited stock. If the cooling unit has failed, we carry the brand-new Nordic Cooling Unit 3381A for the N811. The N811 itself is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
