I can't confirm whether the Power Module 638396/640291 has an onboard fuse or overheat switch. That module has been discontinued by Norcold. When a DE0041 is dead on both AC and DC, check the 12V fuse and voltage coming in first, then the thermostat 639866 (also discontinued). See our DE0041 parts page.
The DE0041 fridge is discontinued too. Norcold's replacement was the N2090, and the Norcold NV1090 has now replaced it. See our Norcold replacement guide.
